Updated Information without the hassle of a phone call....
We are unable to return all calls questioning how many offers we have. We update the local board agent remarks, with offer status throughout the business day- daily IF any offers have been received. All offers received after 5 o'clock on Friday will be reviewed on Monday and the local board updated.
All SoCal Superior Properties listings have electronic Supra or I-box keysafes on the property for local boards only. No combo lock box codes will be given out. If you have difficulty with a listing, call the listing agent direct. Many REO Sellers require a combo box be placed on the front door, so the electronic keysafes may be on the water spicket or on the gas meter. Local electronic keysafes only apply.
