A Smarter Safer Approach To Buying Foreclosures At Auction
This is a general description on what You Need To Bid:

1.) Email broker@socalreoclub if you have any trouble during your bidding process.

2.) Your $2,500 or $5,000 cashier's check (depending on the auction event) made payable to yourself, or cash, and a personal checkbook. (A $5,000 or $10,000 cashier's check is needed to purchase each additional property, amount depending on auction event.)

3.) A photo identification issued by a government agency (driver's license, passport, etc.)

4.) A personal check or sufficient amount of cash to pay the balance of your 5% Earnest
